Hello Dr., my daughter is 3 years old and recently she is unwilling to eat. What should I do?

A. try to find cause of it ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.

Write Your Answer HereDear mom and lack of appetite maybe sometimes due to seasonal changes or so at this point you must according to the season to keep altering the diet that you are giving along with that keep your child well hydrated at this season give a fresh fruits try to give fluids such as banana mango shakes et cetera fresh curd should be added give light food to eat whatever your child prefers coconut water should be added as a natural appetiser
