hello dr.my daughter is 3 months old she has redness around the part frm where she pass poo i feel.its inside also.what should i do?

A. baby is 3 month Diaper rash use any daiper rash cream with zinc oxide change diaper at regular intervals every fourth hourly give a diaper free time of 30 minutes everyday maintain hygiene in the area
