Hello dr. My daughter is 2 yrs and 8 mnths old, she is very very skinny, i can even count her ribs and spin cubes , she is active in all her activities but fussy eater, wot do i do , plz suggest

A. If kids are active throughout the day they burn all calories they consume easily and there is niyway for them to gain much weihht make sure you give all the foods healthy that's important. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
