Hello Dr. my daughter is 2 months old ,she was diagnosed with umbalical granuloma which was very small, after treating with salt 1 day 2 times granuloma has came out but today i have seen a small grey part in her navel..(pic) wan to know is it left over part of garnuloma orelse what?.. plz help me out Doctor it a very big confusion. Antibiotic syrup and gel i am continuing... sending u the image of today after salt therapy left over part..
