hello Dr. my daughter has had a fever for 3 days. initially paracetamol was given that does not work then I gave ibugesic now fever is repeating after almost 10 hours what to do.

A. ok. keep a watch on body temp timely. if fever spike duration in increasing then it is fine. give more liquids. if no improvement then do visit your doctor in person
