Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it could be result of weather change, dehydration, Mouth ulcers, indigestion, teething etc so please check it all. give small and frequent meal serve variation in your child diet which can help to encourage your child to take interest in food
