A. Hello Mom! To boost your child's overall growth and development (height and weight), she must eat nutritionally dense and balanced meals. Give her small yet frequent meals, include variety of foods and try new recipes like - ragi pancake, fruit milkshake, dahi kebab, paneer cheese sandwich, palak aloo tikki, nuts ladoo, sprout cutlet, dal pakoda etc.
