hello Dr. My Child Has completed 2.8year now and she is itching her skin regularly in all season. What will we do?

This can be due to dryness.
Apply coconut oil on the skin. This will help to get moisture the skin leaving it soft and smooth and give relief from dryness..
Or u can apply cetaphil baby lotion on the skin to get relief from dryness and itching
