ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. any if spf 30 is ok.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

it happens because of hormonal changes.
so don't worry,it will alright by the time.
there are different brands like mamaearth, momsco etc available in the market.
you can choose any of them which has good quality and good reviews.
I suggest mamaearth brand.
