try to eat all types of beans curry, cauliflower, soya junks curry, leafy vegetables,paneer, chapati, red wheat rava . drink milk with powder like lactate granules or protein pro PL Powder. try to make poppy seeds powder daily eat 1 spoon of powder vth rice and ghee they wil help in maintaining the breast milk supply

Hello ma’am It can happen at any point of time that the breast milk and start reducing so I would just advise you to give formula feed to your child if you cannot produce sufficient breastfeed and apart from that I would like to tell you to have lactation capsules and granules that it really helps a lot in increasing the breast feed
