Hello Dr. My baby is now 3 months 15 days. Can I start eating potatoes????

You can eat potatoes from the day one of your delivery there is no problem with that see the doctors don’t restrict from eating it and since it is three months complete you can certainly go ahead with eating what ever you would want to eat but anything apart from basic fruits and vegetables should be eaten into moderation
