hello dr my baby is 7 months 17 days old but he didn't crawling... and his teeth are not growing....

teeth eruption can happen anytime between 8-15 months
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly.
give everything in form of purees

no worries
it is normal.
usually babies learn to crawl at the age between 8 to 11 months.
but all babies are different
so some may learn it earlier while others may later
and it is also normal to skip whole phase of crawling.
and don't worry about teeth as babies get their teeth at the age between 6 to 12 months
