hello Dr. my baby is 7.5 months old from past 7-8 days she's not eating properly I gave her 4 meals but she's not eating anything only drink some breastmilk.And she is not gaining weight also last month her weight was 7kg and she is only 7.5 kg how can I increase her weight please help me Dr.
