A. pain comes and goes for total of 2 years of age during teething (pain can start as early as 3 months) there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. it will come intermittently for few days to few weeks and then will go away. usually teething pain doesn't come after 2 years of age. with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums when the child is crying due to pain not resolving then you can give paracetamol which will also help in decreasing the pain. long-term medicine on daily basis (homeopathic /allopathic )(they are painkiller)are usually not advisable.

A. Teether you can introduce to the child to bite on the gums it is going to help in reducing down the irritation in the gums homoeopathic tablet number 21 you can start and massage the gums regularly with a soft and wet cloth for fever and pain you can give paracetamol common to our fever during this time it can last for a little longer time till the time the teeth do not start coming out of the gums the irritation can be seen
