ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. teething doesn't cause a high grade fever. if your child has a high grade fever please visit a pediatrician. make sure whatever the child puts in the mouth is always clean

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. if a child is having teething , please rub clean Cotton gauze or clean finger on sore gums of your child. you can give silicone teether to chew after keeping it in refrigerator for half an hour ,it will definitely help to soothe the sore gums. I would suggest to buy Babyhug silicone teether.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no teething can not cause high fever , it just raise body temperature slightly but if a child is having fever (100f or above temperature )then please visit your pediatrician. it is important.
