Hello Dr, My baby is 6 months 9 days old. He puts everything in his mouth. So I was thinking to give him a tether. Can you please tell me which teether would be better silicon-based or water-filled?

A. you can go for any type of teether for your child but the problem is that if it is not cleaned properly and if it falls down and goes again inside the oral cavity without cleaning it can lead to infection
