hello dr, my baby is 4 months old his birth weight was 2.1 kg because it was premature birth. now his weight is 6 kg is it normal and he is completely on breast feed only

Yes Your child is having very good weight at the age of four months because Dr save the birth weight double by the age of six months it’s very healthy so your child has three times the birth weight already at the age of 4 months I am going to say it’s excellent
