Hello dr My baby is 36days old From his eyes water is coming from somedays and also when he cries. Is it normal or should i concern?

A. Hello mom when he cries its fine and absolutely normal , so not to worry about it. apart from that as you mentioned she is getting it, it could possibly be due to climate or weather as well,
