Hello Dr my baby is 3 months old and from past 15 days she is not latching and my milk supply also got decreased in 24 hrs my outcome is only 2 ounce and I started formula for her and even I'm taking lactare tablets twice daily can u suggest me how to increase my breast milk supply

A. Hi mom Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Give adequate feeding Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk supply More sucking leads to more milk
