ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. teething is the reason for grinding of teeth in kids. there is nothing to worry about if the child is grinding at this age. hope you have started brushing your child's teeth

Worms age could be the basic issue behind it so I would have said Vayasu to get a check with your doctor they can help you with OD warming medication that you can be giving to the child and sincere child is too small it’s better to have a clarity video treating doctor on that
