Hello dr! My baby is 3 month and 1 week old, he develops some tiny white spots on back of his neck and back side of shoulder from last 2 days . What is the reason of it? Can you suggest medicine for it? He is totally on breast feeding , weight 5 kg 700 gm and 62cm length

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 5 m old girl2 years agoA. Sometimes these things can probably be due to some kind of a skin related infection and sometimes it could just be nothing a simple deficiency of calcium can be there but you need to be more sure about it after getting it checked with your doctor
