hello Dr. my baby is 2yrs 2months. He is unable to talk clear sentence. And food not eating well...? what can I do for this..? plz tell me..

A. good evening for the sentences I would recommend that you should try to visit to speech therapist for a proper examination to find out if the child is having any kind of a problem
