Hello Dr. My baby is 2 months 3 days old. Sometimes he is producing some weird sound so loudly and showing discomfort and cries too as if he is struggling with swallowing. It happens daily and mostly during sleeping time. He has vomiting issues. We are very scared. kindly advice.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. small amount of reflex is always present but no it is not related to reflex but due to the secretions and celebrations which is present in the throat and whenever the child takes milk the milk is also present in the throat so all these things leads to such type of noise

Author of questionGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Thank you Dr. Sir, Is it associated with reflux? It happens when he tries to swallow not during feeding. It happens mostly in supine position. That sound is so loud as if he is feeling so discomfort to swallow. Sometimes he vomits through nose and mouth. Sir, Is it related to breathing issues associated with reflux?
