hello Dr... my baby is 10 months 11 days... but still didn't get her primary teeth... should I need to be worried???

A. no it is okay some times there is a delay in teething. you can wait till the age of 18 months fir the first tooth to erupt. the first dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday

A. good morning no there is nothing to worry about a lot of children are able to develop teeth after they have completed 13 to 14 months does not mean that you have any thing to worry about just calcium to the baby
