Hello dr my baby is 1 month old is continuously making sound like clearing throat while sleeping and trying to push something every 5 minutes by moving legs arms and face also . Face become red also . This happen constantly while sleeping and when he is awake also almost 24/7 and due to this sleep very less and he is gassy too. Please suggest some medicine for it. Can I give gripe water

A. hello dear mum all these mentioned by you are normal behaviour of the baby do not give gripe water it is not required it can risk infection if baby is active alert passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours gaining adequate weight then do not worry
