Hello dr my baby is 1 month old and continuously making sound like clearing his throat while sleeping and try very hard by moving his face(it become red)and arms and even leg to push something every 5 minutes.It even happen while he is awake almost 24 hours and he is very gassy. I am giving cymbi right now . Can you suggest any other for gas?? Can I give him gripe water or any other ayurvedic like dill seed oil
