Hello Dr. my baby having cold now is under taking the medicine now a time the hot water head bath is good for health?

Give turmeric milk twice daily
Give turmeric ginger juice and honey mixture
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give indirect steam inhalation
Use saline nasal
