hello Dr my baby girl she is 24 days today she is feel cold and cough &read pimple on face tummy please help me

A. she is having cold and cough and rashes on face fr cold and cough gv steam inhalation use nasoclear saline nasal drps apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub some rashes appears and disappears on its own maintain hygiene
