Hello Dr, My baby girl is 3 months old and she is in breast feed completely, so I have a question here is that, can I go for Corona vaccine ? If I get fever, can I breast feed her ? Is there anyside effects....

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Recent guidelines says lactating mothers can also take covid vaccine .
Both the vaccines given by the government are completely safe for breastfeeding lactating and pregnant women.
if you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol .
you can also continue breast feeding post vaccine.
