Q.

Hello Dr. My 58 days LO is having a bit congestion. m giving her saline . also m giving her Dolo SOS. what else can I do relieve her. thank u

A. if the baby is 58 days old is having nasal condition you can use saline drops in the nose to clear the secretions and also steam inhalation will be helpful

A. Give Steam directly to your child also if you have a nebulising machine you can nebulise the child with water also that is going to help in cleansing the throat and chest of your child for better breathing and sleeping
