Hello dr,my 3 year son tell 15 animals name,10 fruits name,10vegetables,identifying nd telling more then 10 colours,telling all alphabets,telling a for apple to z for zebra,showing and telling all body parts,15vehicles name telling my name,his name,his dad name,all the family members name and telling more then 400 words when am showing objects and toys,tells all the words whatever i tell,asking whenever he needs water,chips,juice,biscuit,he is singing 4 rhymes,telling tamil alphabets,months,days but he is not speaking our language words by his own..if someone ask u had fud he wont reply, whenever I tell him to tell I had dat time only he is telling,he is not speaking by his own like other kids..is it is normal r am I need to show him to dr?plz anyone suggest,am really worried a lot..also he started to speak the words only in his 2 years 4 months only
