Q.

hello Dr, my 3.5 month old baby girl is drinking less milk compared to before. Kindly advise

A. if the child is not taking breastfeeding or milk you have to see if the child is having any other problem or not. sometimes it might be due to colic pain or some oral ulcerations or oral thrush due to which the child might not be taking milk. sometimes it is a possibility that the child might not be hungry and sometimes there is a possibilityd that there needs to be again readjustment in position and attachment latchment in breastfeeding position. sometimes it can be a disease process or cold or nasal blockage also. dit may be related to post vaccination pain and fever also.

A. hi well,as baby grow, they become more mobile and curious for their surrounding and they can take Feeds fast and easily in one session which is enough for them so if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day,no need to worry about it much
