hello dr mujhe apne periods ka kuch samajh nhi aa rha cycle sahi time pr h but first day bleeding kam hoti h but pain unbearable hota h n aaj second day h bleeding nhi h pain bahot h samjh nhi aa rha kya kru esa kya khau jisse blood nikle plz help me

You should never take any sort of medication that is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor about it then only take any medication.
