A. hi mom please consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results meanwhile have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss you should avoid all kinds of fried or extra ghee or butter or sugary items in diet
