Hello Dr. meri delivery 6 June 2020 cesarean se Hui aur meri Periods 11 month baad aaiye but mujhe bleeding bhut jada hoti hai aur kbhi kbhi to adhik dino tk rehti hai use rokne k liye medicine lena padta hai nd pichle month to 30 days bleeding hota rha medicine lene k baad kam ho gya bnd nhi hua uske baat 1week tk spoting hota rha....maine iron khana suru kiya to spoting bnd ho gaya phir ek din iron chod di to spoting suru hoga aur jab khane lgi to spoting km ho gya.......kya iron se koi frk pad skta hai aur aisa qun ho rha h
