hello Dr meri c section se delivery hui hai abhi 5th month chl rha hai dr mera period regular ni hai spotting hoti hai one time fhir Normal mujhe kya krna cahiye mai feeding bhi krati hu baby ko stomach mai pain bhi rhta aj meri last period date hai but kl halki spotting huokr sb Normal ho gya please help me

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well as long as you are breastfeeding there can be spotting. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toobest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
