hello dr. meri beti 3 years ki hai. kuch bhi garam kapde pehanti hai. to garmi aati hai jb body mei to face pe rashes ho jate hai. red ho jati hai.

choose soft , comfoy , material clothes
for example
you may buy Babyhug brand winter clothes i.e thermal wears , sweater , jacket ,sweat shirts etc.
