hello Dr meri beti 10 month ki ho gyi h, mujhe Brest milk supply na ke brabar hota h but wo fir bhi Brest feed krti rhti h, din ho ya raat Brest feed ke bina soti hi nhi hai, Evan raat m galti se neend khul Jaye to bhi Brest feed krte huye hi soti h,main bhot preshan ho gyi hu, please suggest main kya karu?

A. Hello mom , Hope ki aap usse abhi weaning foods introduce kar diya ho? currently unki age k liyeah soft consistency foods aap de sakte hai , aapko main dietary intake solids se hona hai aur aapka feed in between aise plain out kare. yeah aadat graually reduce hogi.
