hello dr. meri baby abhi 14 month ki hai .. face or skin k liye coconut oil use kr rahi... kya mujhe koi face cream ya body cream b lgani chahiye .... extra softness ke liye . skin dry ho Rahi hai

If the skin is becoming dry then maybe coconut oil is in suiting I would suggest you to shift to another oil like almond or or olive oil that is going to be a better option and yes you can use moisturising lotion that is also going to be good for the skin
