hello Dr meri 6 month phle delivery hui hai c section se toh mujhe period 2 months k bd start hogye thai maibaby ko feed bhi kraati but jyda milk ni hota mere ..meri last period ki date 21 August thi toh aj mera first day hai but mujhe bleeding phli se jyada lgi aaj mai jb urine pass krti tb bhut hoti please help me
