hello Dr. mere son ko 5 days pahle gastritis huwa tha ... fir colic pain aur 6 loos motion hue.. tab tak urine passing problem nahi thi... lekin kal se urine jyada pass nahi kar raha hai ...kuch risky nahi na? kya hospital jau ? paani bahut pila rahi hu usko lekin kyo nai karta urine wo samajh nahi aa raha mujhe..plz suggest me

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic tgureatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it hcould be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
