Hello dr mera baby boy 3month ka he jab wo motion krta he to yellow colour hota he 5min bad uska colour green ho jata he esa kyu kya ye normal hai

Green colour is generally common with kids but if your child is having yellow green mix they can be high possibility that you are giving powder milk to the child which is why this may be happening you haven’t given any details so it can also be very strongly associated with powder milk
