Hello Dr. mera baby boy 3 year 4 month ka hai uska weight 13 kg hai but mam wo khana me kuch bhi khana nhi chahta usko jaise bhukh hi nhi lgti pure din me main pressure dal dal ke bs ek time hi khila pati hu maine bahut try Kiya har trike but wo na to ek jagah baithta h na hi khata hai maine abhi last din din usko kuch bhi forcefully nhi khilaya taki wo khud mange but usne ek baar bhi nhi bola na hi khana manga please help me

Child could be hyper active which is why your child is not eating properly so I would recommend you to give more of varieties to the child and take homeopathic treatment for the child and second could be due to deficiency of iron the child may naughty be eating and gaining weight so please consult your doctor once
