hello Dr Mera 1yr6m Ka beta hai isko aaj Subha se bahut tez fever hai jab crocin deti hu toh 1hr ke baad thk ho jata h fever lekin fir aa ja rha hai fever aisa kyu ho rha hai pls suggest me Mai abhi Chennai se Delhi AAI hui hu kya reason ho skta hai Dr or kaise thk Karu ise

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again refpeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
