hello Dr , it's been six years of my first pregnancy with my daughter but I still have those blemishes on my cheeks though I have another baby 1 year old now and during his pregnancy neither those blemishes increased nor decreased I would like to know how I can get rid of them if possible. I am a breastfeeding mother of 15 months old boy. thank you

A. Hi Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
