Hello Dr. Is it normal to have hot flashes 6 months after delivery or is it something serious ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. probably hot flashes may not be normal after delivery you have to examine whether you are having any vitamin deficiency the reason for hot flashes consult doctor once for examination .

take care of yourself..
have healthy and balanced diet..
take rest.. as possible..
