ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom after the age of one their is no such restrictions you can give normally everything to them now , so makhanas , sandwiches , fresh Seasonal fruits , juice , fruit milk shakes , puffed rice , roasted channas , dry fruits etc
