hello dr. I recently got my periods after 8.5 months of delivery. I am giving solid food to baby 3 times a day and remaining time I am breastfeeding . I have noticed decrease in breastmilk supply . what to do to maintain it ? can I breastfeed during my periods ?

A. hi yes you can breastfeed your child. to maintain milk supply, please take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated massage your breasts with coconut oil. stay stress free
