A. As per latest guidelines, breastfeeding mothers can get vaccinated. There is no harm to the mother or the baby in this process. You can keep breastfeeding your baby even after being vaccinated. The vaccinated mother might be able to pass antibodies to the baby through breast milk to fight Covid 19 infection.
