hello Dr. I m 33year old .I m 11 week pregnant.me and my husband is carrier of polycystic kidney disease. my cvs due after 3 days .my tsh range is 5.14 . now I m taking 25 mcg thyronorm. 1 month ago I faced light bleeding issue so my dr prescribed me duphaston once in day .can I take this regular and 25 mcg thyronorm is enough for me.pls help

A. at present continue 25 mg get the TSh done to know whether it is sufficient or notFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
